Breakthrough Series
The Girls Baseball Breakthrough Series is a joint effort on behalf of USA Baseball and Major League Baseball. This unique invite-only event is a baseball development event for top female baseball talent, including both on-field development and off-field programming. Coaches will include former Major League players and current and former USA Baseball Women’s National Team coaches and players.

- Where: Jackie Robinson Training Complex (Vero Beach, Fla.)
- Eligibility: Girls ages 13-18 as of June 1, 2024 are eligible for the event (No exceptions)
Elite Development Invitational
The 2024 Girls Baseball Elite Development Invitational will provide individualized, professional instruction, competitive play, and educational seminars for approximately 64 female baseball players.
- When: June 27-July 2, 2024
- Where: Jackie Robinson Training Complex; Vero Beach, Fla.
- Eligibility: Class of 2025, 2027, 2028 or 2028 female baseball players (applications may also be considered from class of 2024 athletes)
- Number of Participants: 64
- Application Deadline: Sunday, April 7, 2024
- Airfare, lodging, meals, and uniforms will be provided free of cost for all selected athletes.
*Please note this is a limited-capacity, elite-level development event. As such, the selection committee considers various factors during the selection process, with significant weight placed on the skills videos required in the application.
Girls Camp
The USA Baseball Girls Camp is a highly competitive event featuring players from across the country competing in a three-day event. Participating athletes will have the opportunity to further develop their skills through instructional workouts and game play while being coached by previous USA Baseball Women’s National Team staff.

Grit Girls Baseball Identification Tour
- The 2024 MLB GRIT Girls Baseball Identification Tour will serve as an identification event for future girls baseball development events.
- Girls who play on their high school baseball teams are eligible for the event*
- Girls must be 18 and under

2024 Trailblazer Series Info:
The Trailblazer Series is a joint effort of MLB and USA Baseball designed to provide playing, development, and educational opportunities to female baseball players ages 12-13. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from current and former Women's National Team players and coaching staff, baseball industry executives and other dignitaries from in and around the sport.
