Stephen Strasburg

A tall, talented right-hander who worked out of the bullpen as a freshman, Stephen Strasburg has moved to the starting rotation in his sophomore season, and that move has paid off. The San Diego native was one of the best closers in the country in 2007, striking out 11.7 batters per nine innings.
