Kyle Bellamy transitioned from a setup role to become the University of Miami's closer in 2009 and rose to the challenge, as the All-Atlantic Coast Conference First Team right-hander led the ACC in saves with 16. With a fastball in the low-90s and a sidearm delivery that baffles hitters, many consider Bellamy to be the top relief pitcher in this year's draft class.
