A junior, two-way player, Mike McGee excelled both on the mound and in left field for Florida State in 2010. He led the team in RBIs (63) and home runs (13), and on the mound, McGee stepped in nicely as the Seminole closer, posting a 4-0 record with nine saves and a 0.43 ERA. The right-hander logged 21 innings in 14 appearances, allowing just two runs (one earned) while posting 25 strikeouts. In his first and only start of the season back on Mar. 8 at Jacksonville, McGee no-hit the Dolphins over 6.0 innings.
