Vanderbilt's JJ Bleday has caught the attention of college baseball and Major League scouts alike. The projected top-10-overall pick is tied for the national lead in home runs (23), and became the Commodores' single-season home-run leader on April 21. The Panama City, Fla., native was named the Cape Cod League's top pro prospect by scouts last summer. He has reached base in 78 of his last 79 games, including 47 consecutive between March 4, 2018, and March 17, 2019. Bleday leads the SEC in home runs, slugging percentage (.747), RBIs (61) and total bases (148).
