Texas A&M’s Braden Montgomery has pieced together a stellar campaign in his first season in Aggieland, as the junior is batting .325 with 26 homers and an SEC-best 80 RBI. Montgomery’s 80 RBI are currently fourth all-time in program history.
Among the nation, he ranks fourth in RBI, seventh in homers, 16th in walks (48) and 15th in total bases (152). In the SEC, Montgomery sits inside the top five in nine different statistical categories.
Through 55 games, Montgomery has totaled 24 multi-RBI, 23 multi-hit and three multi-homer performances.
