Miami’s Daniel Cuvet has emerged as one of the nation’s premier power bats, delivering a standout sophomore campaign in 2025.
The Fort Lauderdale, Fla., native ranks among the ACC and national leaders in RBI, and has been a driving force behind Miami’s late-season surge. Cuvet has launched 16 home runs and leads the ACC with 76 RBI, ranking eighth nationally, while slugging over .700. He enters the stretch run with nearly 20 multi-hit games.
Cuvet is on pace for one of the most productive power-hitting seasons in program history and has positioned himself as a strong candidate for both conference and national honors.
Off the field, Cuvet has been active in the community, participating in several service events. He took part in the Miracle League game at Mark Light Field, helped lead the breast cancer awareness wellness walk at the University of Miami and assisted at youth baseball clinics throughout South Florida.
