Cincinnati redshirt senior third baseman Kerrington Cross has improved every season since arriving at UC in 2021, and he is putting together a historic season in 2025. The Brownsburg, Ind., native is hitting .414 with 12 home runs, 49 RBI, 61 runs scored, 15 stolen bases and 44 walks, while also boasting a .681 slugging percentage and .538 on-base percentage.
On May 3, Cross thrusted himself onto the national stage with an absurd three-homer, 10-RBI performance that earned him multiple player of the week awards. When his career is over, he will rank among the top 10 players in school history in basically every major offensive category.
Off the field, Cross balanced a heavy workload as a chemical engineering major to become one of the nation’s best players.
