TAINAN, Taiwan -  Team USA continues the 2019 World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) U-12 Baseball World Cup on Sunday against Korea at ASPAC Youth Stadium in Tainan, Taiwan. First pitch is set for 2 a.m. ET. 

Team USA looks to bounce back after suffering its first loss of the tournament against Venezuela, 7-6, on Saturday. The red, white, and blue scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning, but could not overcome a five-run deficit as Venezuela (2-0) shut down the rally to earn the win.

The U.S. holds a 2-0 record against Korea at the WBSC U-12 World Cup after earning an 18-1 win in 2015 and a 27-6 victory in 2017. Korea sits atop the Group B standings in the tournament with a 2-0 record after picking up wins over Mexico (7-0) on Friday and Australia (13-0) on Saturday. The U.S. is currently tied with Mexico at third place in Group B with a 1-1 record.
