Eighty-eight players to participate in Phase 1 of Training Camp

CARY, N.C. – USA Baseball today announced the roster for the 2026 18U National Team Training Camp Phase 1, which will be held July 16-20 at the National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina. The 88-player roster will compete for a spot at Phase 2 of Training Camp, which is set for August 23-26 and will consist of 44 players.

The final 20-player roster for this year’s 18U National Team will be named at the conclusion of Phase 2, and will compete in the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) U-18 Pan American Championship from October 22-29 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

“We’re proud to announce the eighty-eight players that will join us this week for 18U National Team Training Camp Phase 1,” said 18U National Team Program Director Brett Curll. “Each summer, we strive to invite the top 18-and-under athletes in the nation, and this year is no different. This is an extremely talented roster, and we look forward to a competitive week in Cary.”

Seven players invited to Training Camp bring previous national team experience, including five from the 2024 15U National Team: Camden Boehm, Dariel Carrion, Cooper Collins, Jordan Kurz, and Isaac Vidal look to be named to their second national team in three years. In addition, 2023 15U National Team alum Samir Mohammed will be in attendance, while 2025 15U National Team alum Cullen Scott earned an invitation just one year after winning gold at the WBSC U-15 Pan American - Central and North America qualifier in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
