PHOENIX — Sean Gamble filled the box score for USA Prime National 14U with three hits, three RBI, three runs scored and five stolen bases to earn Player of the Day honors for July 2 at the National Team Championships Arizona.

Gamble, a 6-foot shortstop and outfielder, put together a massive performance in USA Prime National's 17-1 win against Gamers/RBI Alaska. He brought home the game's first run with a double to left in the opening frame and later scored after he stole third base and home.

Gamble's final two at-bats in the run-rule victory included an RBI-single in the second, an RBI-single in the third and three more stolen bases.

Gamble owns a pair of multi-hit efforts and six stolen bases through three games at the 14U National Team Championships Arizona. His efforts have helped guide USA Prime National 14U to a 2-1 mark at the tournament. The team is set to face MVP Hustle (2-1) in seeded play at 7:30 a.m. MT on Saturday at Camelback Ranch (White Sox 5).

Braylon Doughty fired 4.2 scoreless innings of one-hit ball to lead So Cal Bombers 2024 to an 8-0 win against previously undefeated MBA Green 2024 and capture Pitcher of the Day honors at the 15U National Team Championships.

Doughty struck out six and walked just two batters in the impressive performance. The right-hander maintained a 70 percent strike rate and retired seven consecutive batters to begin the game. He did not allow a hit until the fourth inning.

The Long Beach State commit helped back his own standout performance on the mound by also reaching base three times and driving in a pair of runs.

Doughty and So Cal Bombers 2024 (2-1) are set to square off against Easton Prime Red (2-0-1) in seeded play at 7:30 a.m. MT on Saturday at Surprise Stadium (Royals 6).
