PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla.- Jacob Gonzales was named the Player of the Day at the USA Baseball 14U National Team Championships in Florida on Sunday. Gonzales of H La Mirada Toreros was 3-for-3 with a triple, and four runs batted in.
Renzo Gonzales of Kangaroo Court Roos 14U was named the Pitcher of the Day. Gonzales threw four innings allowing no hits and no runs with four strikeouts.
