10U EVENT OVERVIEW:

The USA Baseball 10U Futures Invitational, June 22-25, 2017, is an elite youth championship event, exclusively reserved for top 10-and-under teams and athletes. The four-day, championship tournament will feature some of the top youth talent in the country and will be hosted at the USA Baseball National Training Complex, the official training site of Team USA and adjoining Thomas Brooks Park in Cary, North Carolina.

Teams at the Futures Invitational will have the opportunity to interact with the nation's best collegiate talent (Collegiate National Team) who will also be working out at the National Training Complex. This unique opportunity will also include unprecedented access to national team coaches and staff throughout the tournament.

11U EVENT OVERVIEW:

The USA Baseball 11U Futures Invitational, June 29-July 2, 2017, is an elite youth championship event, exclusively reserved for top 11-and-under teams and athletes. The four-day, championship tournament will be hosted at the USA Baseball National Training Complex, the official training site of Team USA and adjoining Thomas Brooks Park in Cary, North Carolina. In addition to featuring some of the top youth talent in the country, the event will be a part of the official selection process for the 2017 12U National Team.

Teams at the Futures Invitational will have the opportunity to interact with the nation's top amateur talent participating in the Tournament of Stars (18U National Team Identification event) who will also be working out at the National Training Complex. This unique opportunity will also include unprecedented access to national team coaches and staff throughout the tournament.

TICKETS:

Admission to Thomas Brooks Park and the Futures Invitational will be free of charge.

There will, however, be gate fees at the USA Baseball National Training Complex for the Collegiate National Team games. All Futures Invitational players and coaches will be given a USA Baseball credential which will allow entrance into the National Training Complex free of charge. Family and other guests in attendance with Futures Invitational participants will be able to pick up a complimentary credential at the entrance gates of Thomas Brooks Park (while supplies last) that will allow them admission into the National Training Complex should they choose to go over to that side of the park.

Gates at Thomas Brooks Park will open one hour prior to the first scheduled game time on any given day.
 

EVENT PROGRAM:

Event programs will be available at the entrance gates of Thomas Brooks Park free of charge while supplies last.
 

EVENT PHOTOS:

On Saturday, June 24, and Friday, June 30, players will take individual and team photos at Bill Coleman Field of the National Training Complex. Following the event, players and coaches will receive these photos at no charge via email. The email will contain a link where players are able to download the pictures.

Additionally, throughout the event there will be professional photographers taking action photos. These photos will be available for purchase on USABaseballPhotos.com following the event. Players and families wishing to look through the photos will need to use the password "FS" in order to access the gallery on USABaseballPhotos.com.
 

MEDIA:

Live Scoring:
All games at the Futures Invitational will be available through the GameChanger scoring app (Apple and Android). Links will be available on USABaseball.com.

Cameras & Video Equipment:
USA Baseball has also adopted the following policy regarding camera lenses (including telephoto and zoom lenses) for any of the organization's events. Spectators are not permitted to bring telephoto or zoom camera lenses into the Futures Invitational venue. Cameras may be brought in to the venues so long as they are not accompanied by these types of lenses. Only USA Baseball personnel and credentialed members of the media are permitted to have possession of telephoto and zoom lenses. This policy is in place to ensure that all of our players, coaches and fans have a positive experience at our events.

Parking:
There is no cost for parking at Thomas Brooks Park or the USA Baseball National Training Complex.

Prohibited actions and items at both Thomas Brooks Park and the USA Baseball National Training Complex are as follows:

  • Outside food or drink is prohibited
  • Smoking is prohibited
  • Animals are not permitted except for service animals
  • Weapons of any kind are prohibited
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited


Foul Balls:
Please be aware of foul balls at all times.

Bag Search:
All bags are subject to a bag search upon entering Thomas Brooks Park or the USA Baseball National Training Complex.

Concessions:
At Thomas Brooks Park and the USA Baseball National Training Complex there will be concession available. Therefore, outside food, beverages and coolers will not be permitted.

Lost and Found:
The tower at Thomas Brooks Park will serve as the lost and found for the event.

First-Aid:
A certified athletic trainer will be on-site at the Futures Invitational throughout the entire event.

Merchandise:
USA Baseball has a Team Store on site at the USA Baseball National Training Complex. All major credit cards are accepted; Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. For additional Team USA merchandise, please check out the official online shop.
