Approved schools receive a Franklin Sports equipment kit, digital access to SHAPE America co-developed lesson plans for grades K–5, 10 Championship Principles books focused on character development, access to the Fun At Bat Instructor Course and additional supplemental resources to make the program engaging and easy to implement.
Q: What equipment is included in the Fun At Bat kit?
The Franklin Sports equipment kit includes two packs of foam balls (one baseball-sized and one softball-sized), a hitting tee, a throw-down base set, two foam bats, two vibe balls, two four-packs of training discs, a ball pump, and a mesh bag to store all the equipment.

Yes. USA Baseball offers a free, online instructor training course hosted by former MLB player and USA Baseball National Team alumnus Michael Cuddyer.
