ELIGIBILTY

  • Women’s National Team
    • Athletes born in the year 2011 or before are eligible for the 2027 Women’s National Team programming.
  • Women’s National Team Development Program (WNTDP)
    • Athletes born in the years 2011-2014 are eligible for the 2027 WNTDP.
  • 12U National Team Development Program (NTDP)*
    • Athletes born in the year 2015 are eligible for the 2027 12U NTDP.
  • 11U National Team Development Program (NTDP)*
    • Athletes born in the year 2016 are eligible for the 2027 11U NTDP.
  • 10U National Team Development Program (NTDP)*
    • Athletes born in the year 2017 are eligible for the 2027 10U NTDP.

* The 10U, 11U, and 12U NTDP events are open to eligible athletes regardless of gender and are not exclusively for female athletes.

This form is intended to collect general information from female athletes who are interested in women’s baseball opportunities within the United States. Please note: Completing this form does not serve as an application, tryout request, or guarantee of future contact or selection. Information shared will be used solely for informational purposes to help USA Baseball better understand participation and engagement for female athletes interested in getting involved in women’s baseball.

WOMEN'S NATIONAL TEAM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

National Team Development Programs are four-day immersive events at the National Training Complex that include on- and off-field skill development sessions, educational seminars, and intrasquad games under the guidance of the best coaches in the country. Beginning in 2027, the NTDP will be offered for 10U through 17U athletes for both boys and girls. The 10U, 11U, and 12U NTDPs are open to both boys and girls, and girls ages 13 to 17 can participate in the Women's NTDP.

NTDPs are invitation-only, and invitations are earned each year, keeping the door open for athletes who develop later and ensuring every spot is filled with the best athletes in the country from each age group. Athletes who enter the national team pipeline will continue receiving instruction and educational resources in the offseason from experienced coaches and players across all levels of the game, so they can continue developing year-round and be ready to earn an invitation to the following year’s NTDP or national team opportunity.
