USA Baseball National Training Complex Field Requests

COLEMAN FIELD (STADIUM) GAME FEES

*Please note that Coleman Field is currently under construction. The field will be unavailable for use until the NCAA Division II Baseball Championships in May.

• 7 Inning Game: $750
• Double Header (7 innings): $1,300
• 9 Inning Game: $850
• Double Header (9 innings): $1,500
• On-Field Game Day BP: $250

Included in all games hosted on Coleman Field:

• Pre-Game Field Setup
• Press Box Access
• Light Fees
• Pre-game use of the covered batting cages

FIELDS 2, 3, AND 4 GAME FEES

• 7 Inning Game: $425
• Double Header (7 innings): $700
• 9 Inning Game: $525
• Double Header (9 innings): $800
• On-Field Game Day BP: $250

Included in all games hosted on Fields 2, 3, and 4:

• Pre-game field setup
• Access to score shelter with sound system and scoreboard
• Pre-game use of the adjacent batting cages
• Field lights (as needed)

FIELDS 2, 3, AND 4 PRACTICE FEES

• Per Hour: $125
• On-Field BP: $100

Included in all practices hosted on Fields 2, 3, and 4:

• Pre-game field setup (as needed)
• Access to score shelter with sound system and scoreboard (as needed)
• Use of the adjacent batting cages
• Field lights (as needed)

WEEKEND TOURNAMENTS & SHOWCASE FEES

A gate fee of $1,750 per day will be added to each option

Option 1:
Fields 2, 3, and 4 ONLY (Field 2 can be scheduled with up to four 7-inning games or three 9-inning games each day. Fields 3 and 4 can be scheduled with up to five 7-inning games or four 9-inning games each day.)

• $4,000 per day
• $8,000 for full weekend

Option 2:
Coleman Field (One 9 inning game or two 7 inning games TOTAL for the entire weekend)

• $4,750 per day
• $9,500 for full weekend
• Additional use of Press Box for tournament headquarters

Option 3:
Coleman Field (One 9 inning game or two 7 inning games PER DAY for the entire weekend)

• $5,500 per day
• $11,000 for full weekend
• Additional use of Press Box for tournament headquarters

Included in all options:

• Pre-Game Field Setup
• Ticket Booth Access
• Field Lights
• Sound & Scoreboard Access
• Adjacent Batting Cage Access

HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING CENTER FEES

• Full High Performance Training Center: $200/hr
  • Included: Pitching Machine, Screens (as necessary)
• Individual Batting Cage: $50/hr
  • Included: Screens and/or Mound
• Pitching Machine Rental: $20/hr
  • Included: Baseballs/Softballs

Digitally Connected Conference Room:

• The Dugout Multi-Purpose Room: $75/hr
  • 2 hour minimum
  • Max occupancy: 20 people
  • Included: Audio, Video, and Camera System

Prohibited Items in the High Performance Training Center:

• Metal Spikes
• Gum
• Sunflower Seeds
• Tobacco
• Food/Drink

ADDITIONAL RENTAL CHARGES

All are subject to availability

• Covered Batting Cage: $50/hr
• Bullpen on Fields 3 and 4: $50/hr
• Press Box Rental: $50 per day
• Parking Lot Rental: $500-$1,000 per event (depending on use)
