
CARY, N.C. – Louisville’s Tague Davis homered three times against Miami and broke multiple records en route to earning Golden Spikes Award x D1 Baseball Week 13 Player of the Week honors.
Davis homered twice on May 8 to break the Atlantic Coast Conference single-season home run record (32) and Louisville’s single-season RBI record (89). He managed to homer again on May 9 to give him 33 homers and 91 RBIs on the year, which both lead Division I baseball in those respective categories.
In total, Davis tallied four hits, three of which were home runs, five runs, and seven RBIs in the series.
